Is this something I can really do from home?
Yes, this business can easily be ran from your home office.  You will need people skills and the ability to learn.  If you are a quitter then this business will not be for you.  We want only those that are determined to succeed.  You may not get every sale that you make, but you can easily get your fair share.

How much money can I make as a travel agent?
What you make us up to you.  We provide you with 80% commission from the very beginning.  Our suppliers pay us anywhere from 10% to 20% on each booking.  We would then pay you 80% of what the supplier has paid us.  If you book a $5000.00 vacation package with a supplier that pays 15%..you would earn $600.00 from that booking.

When do I get paid?
You will get paid when your clients come back from their vacation.  The supplier that you booked with will then send us a check and then we will send you a check with your commission.

How much does it cost to get started?
We have a one time $99.99 insurance and web site set up fee.   You would have a monthly fee of $33.95 for your website and E&O coverage.  The monthly fee of $33.95 for your website and E&O coverage is waived if you are making $10,000 per month in commissions.

What else do I need to get started?
You will need a phone and a computer with internet access.  Most of your bookings will be done on line. You can also buy business cards, etc.

I have always worked in a traditional Travel Agency, is it really possible to operate my business from home? 
Absolutely! With today's advanced technology, you can run a massive travel business from your home or office. With the tools and support we provide, you have the flexibility of operating your Travel Agency from anywhere in the world.

What are the tax advantages to owning a home-based business?
Be sure to check with your accountant, but as a general rule, self-employed people may deduct ordinary business expenses such as membership and subscription fees, professional training, computers, office furniture, advertising, etc. Basically, whatever it costs you to generate income is a business expense and is deductible.

Some states have a "Sellers of Travel Law". Do I need to register? 
Please check the state in which you live in order to determine the requirements. Generally, you will need to complete a form identifying your name, business name, address and our agency as your host.

How do I renew my sales agreement each year?
The agreement will automatically renew for a period of 1 year, unless either party provide written notice within 30 days prior to the end of your 1 year contract.  If no written notice is given by either party, then the contract will continue to renew.
